1 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
20g Nutty Gritties Super Seeds Mix
250ml Milk (any of your choice)
50g Ice
Method:
Put ice in a blender and blend until ice is crushed
Add milk before other ingredients to avoid clumping
Add all other ingredients
Blend

The ingredients you will need for this recipe are:
250ml Milk
100g Unflavored Old-fashioned Oats
15g Chocolate Chips
1 scoop whey protein
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Banana
Method:
Add 250ml milk to a blender
Add 1 scoop of whey protein
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Blend for 5-10 seconds
Transfer to a pot on low heat
Let it heat slowly for 3 minutes
Add 100g unflavored old-fashioned oats
Stir for 2 minutes
Pour into a bowl
Add 15g of Chocolate chips
Stir to mix well
Add 1 chopped Banana
